FCB I Holdings to acquire 100% of CPEX Pharmaceuticals

FCB I Holdings, Inc., through a wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of CPEX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for $27.25 per share in cash or approximately $76.6 million, plus fees and expenses relating to the transaction. CPEX is a US-based specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
