Pharmaceutical company Sun Pharmaceutical Industries announced on Saturday that the consolidated net profit after minority interest for the second quarter ended September 30, 2010 grew to Rs.503.65 crore from Rs.453.81 crore in the year ago quarter.
The company's standalone net profit after tax for the second quarter ended September 30, 2010 grew to Rs.345.72 crore from Rs.203.06 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Total income increased to Rs.819.35 crore from Rs.601.41 crore in the year ago quarter.
