Pharmaceuticals company hires as part of expansion

Norwich Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced it has hired two executives to help lead its efforts to expand services.

The company said it has made "major capital investments in specialized technology and through a selective buildup of key personnel."

Dan Casey has joined the company as its vice president of business development. He has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Dale Dyer was named business development director. She has more than 25 years of expertise in marketing and sales of contract manufacturing services and brand and generic pharmaceutical products.

Casey, listed as a press contact, did not respond to a request for more information about the expansion.

Norwich Pharmaceuticals employed more than 400 people last summer.
