Koor, Mellanox, Teva Pharmaceuticals: Israel Equity Preview

The following stocks may rise or fall in Israeli markets. Stock symbols are in parentheses after the company names and prices are from the close unless otherwise stated.

The TA-25 Index advanced 0.3 percent to 1,335.99 in Tel Aviv, bringing the gain for the week to 0.7 percent.

Koor Industries Ltd. (KOR IT): The holding company’s series Het, Tet and Yud bonds had their “stable” rating outlook removed and are now rated as “developing” at Moody’s Midroog. Koor rose 0.6 percent to 89.50 shekels.

Mellanox Technologies Ltd. (MLNX IT): The maker of semiconductor-based products said Voltaire Ltd.’s shareholders voted at a special general meeting to approve the merger agreement between Mellanox, Voltaire and Mellanox unit Mondial Acquisition Corp. Mellanox declined 1.4 percent to 95.65 shekels.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA IT): Amgen Inc. won a U.S. court ruling that bars the world’s largest maker of generic drugs from selling a version of the kidney drug Sensipar until at least 2016. Teva fell 0.1 percent to 186.20 shekels.
