ScripsAmerica Inc.(OTCBB:SCRC), a leading supplier of prescription, OTC and nutraceutical drugs, today announced that as of July 24, 2012, the Company will begin trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the ticker symbol "SCRC".
The company's publicly traded status follows FINRA's approval of its 15c2-11 filing. The OTC Bulletin Board(R) (OTCBB) is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information in over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities. An OTC equity security generally is any equity that is not listed or traded on NASDAQ or a national securities exchange.
